Full Stack Inc. operates two core businesses: Staffing Services and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
Our mission is to spread the use of technology and improve productivity.
In our staffing division, we focus on training and dispatching IT professionals.
In our BPO division, we deliver cost-effective solutions that directly contribute to client profitability.
▮ Staffing Services
We specialize in two categories: IT engineers and back-office personnel.
IT Engineers: We recruit young, motivated individuals with no prior experience and provide training to become IT professionals. We primarily dispatch engineers skilled in Java, React, and Linux to major system integrators.
Back Office: We hire people aspiring to work in accounting, HR, and customer support roles, and match them with companies facing staffing shortages.
▮ BPO Services
We take on parts of our clients' recruiting and sales operations. Internally, we leverage DX and IT tools to deliver highly effective pilot operations at low cost.

技術を普及し、生産性を向上することを軸に、人材派遣事業ではIT人材の育成&派遣、BPO事業では低価格で顧客利益に貢献するサービス作りに注力しています。
▮人材派遣
ITエンジニアとバックオフィスの2職種の人材を取り扱っています。
ITエンジニア：未経験からITエンジニアを目指す若手を採用し、教育&派遣。主に大手SIer様を中心に、JAVA、React、Linuxの技術者の人材を派遣。
バックオフィス：未経験から経理、人事、カスタマーサポート職で働きたい方を採用し、人材不足を感じる企業様とマッチング。
▮BPO
主に、顧客の採用活動と営業活動の一部を受託し、当社内でDX、IT化を推進して効果の高い試作を安価に提供しています。

年齢や役職に関係なく、社員ひとりひとりが当事者意識を持って仕事に取り組むことを大切にしています。合言葉は「100%当事者意識」です。もちろん、困ったときは助け合うのが弊社の文化ですが、業務を一つでも担当する以上、常に責任者としての意識を持って働いています。

At Full Stack Inc., we have primarily operated in the IT engineer staffing business.
Now, leveraging the expertise we've built over the years, we are launching a new service in the tourism sector.
We are currently looking for student interns to work directly with our CEO, Mr. Nakamitsu, and drive the launch of this new business.

Conducting on-site interviews
Implementing improvement measures based on field feedback
As this is a new business launch, there won't be rigidly defined tasks. Instead, we’ll share our overall expectations and leave room for you to produce output based on your abilities and initiative.

今回の募集では、代表の中満と共に、事業立ち上げを推進するインターン生を募集します。
